“Distinguished Alumni” award from The Berklee College of Music commemorating his
guitar contributions to the music industry. WatSON has earned a reputation over the past
decade as one of the finest bass players in todays music landscape. Pleasure, renowned
multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer, has also backed some of the most
accomplished talents in Jazz and R&B including George Duke, Natalie Cole,

John has been the drummer for Quincy Jones since 1979 and the drummer for Barbra Streisand since 1993. He just finished Barbra Streisand's "Timeless" world tour of Australia and the United States.

But JR could swing real hard to the click and make it feel good. He could make the click become invisible with his strong groove. JR was a lot of fun to work with. And we worked fast, because he could read well and nail his parts quickly."
